The tender contract for the new €14.5 million Peace Campus in Monaghan Town has been signed.
The Peace Campus will be built on the junction off Glaslough Street and the North Road, in a premises that was previously owned by Monaghan County Council.
The work will be commencing in the coming weeks, and it due to be completed towards the end of next year.
The Campus will include a social enterprise café, a library, a recording studio, and a cultural heritage area, as well as delivering a number of cross-community programmes.
