Last weekend seen the RAS Tailteann make a return for the first time since 2018 and it gained extensive publicity when Daire Feeley became the first Irish cyclist to win the race since 2008. There was plenty of local interest in the 5 day event with Luke Smith from Kingscourt and James Mc Enaney from Carrickmacross both cycling for the Moynalty Cycling club. Our reporter Sean Mc Caffrey spoke to the 2 lads during the week to get their thoughts on the RAS with James noting firstly that he had the one rest day before returning to competitive action
