The 3rd of the Ulster Quarter finals throws in this Saturday evening in Kingspan Breffni with Cavan welcoming Armagh. Throw in is at 6:30pm With a large crowd expected to the fixture, Cavan county board along with the An Garda Siochana have put a traffic management plan in place. Traffic coming via Butlersbridge (N54 & N3) is asked to approach Cavan town via the Ballyhaise Road (R212) or Cootehill Road (R188). Traffic entering Cavan via Ballyhaise Road (R212) to proceed to Car Parks at Cavan Courthouse, Cavan Cathedral and Cavan Institute. Traffic entering Cavan via Cootehill Road (R188) is asked to turn left at Drumalee Cross and proceed to Car Park to the rear of St Clare's Primary School. Traffic entering Cavan via Dublin Road (N3) should take the 3rd exit of the roundabout at Aldi and proceed to Car Park to the rear of St Clare's Primary School. For traffic entering Cavan via Ballinagh Road (N55), limited parking available on this road. Access routes to parking will be signposted on approach roads. Traffic seeking to gain access to Cavan Town from the N55 (Ballinagh Road) will be directed onto the Cavan bypass. All roads in close proximity to Kingspan Breffni will be closed from 5.30pm to allow for pedestrian access. Bus parking available on Dublin Road between Aldi and Tractamotors. Please note, this area is strictly reserved for buses only.
