The Ulster senior football championship gets underway this Sunday with the preliminary round meeting of Monaghan and Cavan in St. Tiernachs Park Clones at 4pm.
Both sides had interesting league campaigns with Monaghan making the drop from Division 1. Whereas, Cavan retained their status in Division 2 having been involved in the promotion battle with Armagh and Donegal.
