Ramor setup semi-final meeting with Gowna

Ramor United setup a Cavan semi-final meeting with three-in-a-row chasing Gowna after seeing off Castlerahan.

Ramor scoring a 2-13 to 1-8 victory in Kingspan Breffni and secure the last of the four semi-final places.

The sides were all-square at half-time, seven points to 1-4. Two points each from Adrian Cole and James Bradley plus one each from Matthew Smith, Oliver McCrystal and Cathal Maguire the Ramor first-half scorers.

Whereas, two points from Ciaran Caldwell and one each from Rory Smith and Enda Flanagan and a 19 minute David Wright goal making a level game at half-time.

However, second-half goals from Jack Brady and Matthew Smith saw Ramor power forward. James Bradley (2), Gareth Mannion, Matthew Smith (2 1f) and Conor Bradley adding Ramor points.

Ramor securing a 2-13 to 1-8 victory and setting up a semi-final with Gowna, the weekend of October 6th.
