Scotstown are preparing for an 11th senior championship final in a row when they face Inniskeen.
For Inniskeen it’s a first Monaghan county decider in 33-years on Sunday October 22nd.
Last year's runners up were involved in a tough battle with Corduff in the first of the semi-finals in Clones on Sunday, October eight. Scotstown still managed to come away with a seven point victory.
Captain Damien McArdle normally operates as a corner-back, but found himself on numerous occasions making his way up the field to provide assistance to the forwards.
McArdle noted that while it is physically draining to be up and down the field; keeping the scoreboard turning over was the important thing.
