Scotstown confirmed their place in the Monaghan SFC semi-finals as group winners with victory over Cremartin.
Scotstown running out 1-14 to 1-7 winners. Goals early in the first-half had set the tone for Scotstown as they led 1-10 to 1-3 at half-time.
Just eight points were scored between the sides in the second-half as Scotstown recorded a seven point victory to round out their group campaign.
The win see’s Scotstown win the Greenfield foods Monaghan senior championship group one with eight points from eight. Scotstown will now play Inniskeen or Latton in the semi-finals, weekending October 13.
