Scotstown booked a return to the Monaghan final after a convincing win over Inniskeen.
Darren Hughes found the net from the throw-in setting the tone of the game.
Inniskeen battled back with points from Sean Jones (3), Donal Meegan (1m, 1f), to level the game 1-2 to five points.
Damien McArdle’s shot for a point ended up in the net and Scotstown were back in front and led 2-2 to seven points at half-time.
The sides exchanged points until the final 10 minutes as Scotstown led 2-6 to 11 points. Conor McCarthy and Martin McPhillips added two Scotstown points.
As the game approached injury time, Conor McCarthy side stepped past through the Inniskeen defence to riffle home a goal.
Tommy Durnim clawed a point back to make it 3-8 to 12 points.
Rory Beggan saved a last gasp Andrew Woods penalty as Scostown progressed to the Monaghan SFC final 3-8 to 12 points.
Scotstown will meet Ballybay in the Monaghan SFC final on Sunday October 16.
