Scotland will take on tournament hosts Germany in the Euro 2024 opener.
Scotland were drawn with Germany in group A. Hungary and Switzerland make up group A.
Defending champions Italy have been handed a tough draw, as Luciano Spalletti’s side have been drawn in group B along with Spain, Croatia and Albania.
Whereas, Euro 2020 runners-up England will renew acquaintances with Denmark in group C. Indeed, the sides met at the semi-final stage two-years ago. Serbia and Slovenia complete the group. It will be Slovenia’s first appearance at the Euros in 24-years.
Meanwhile, World cup runners-up France will have to face the Netherlands again in group D. The sides were grouped together for the qualifiers, Ireland suffering defeat against both.
Indeed, Austria and the winners of play-off A complete the group. Indeed, Poland, Wales, Finland or Estonia will meet in March in the play-offs.
Elsewhere, Belgium were drawn in group E along with Romania and Slovakia. However, the fourth side will be the winners of play-off B. This will be either Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine or Iceland.
Portugal were the only side with a perfect record during the qualifiers. Roberto Martinez side are in group F with Turkey, Czech Republic and the winners of play-off C.
Whereas, Georgia, Greece, Kazakhstan and Luxembourg are all vying for that one remaining group F spot.
