As the Allianz National football league gets underway this weekend, the green proposal in regards to the restructing of the championship is set to be brought to congress next month which will see an extra emphasis been placed on league positions should it be passed. Current Donegal football Ryan Mc Hugh spoke of the proposal to Sean Mc Caffrey during the week as he attended a launch event for the league.
