Cavan’s Ulster senior football championship journey ended on Saturday with a 1-12 to 0-14 defeat to Armagh.
Next up for the Orchard men is a last four clash with Down. That’s after the Mourne men defeated Donegal 2-13 to 1-11 on Sunday.
Elsewhere, Galway and Sligo will contest this year’s Connacht senior football championship final.
Galway were 1-13 to 1-9 winners over Roscommon while Sligo claimed a 2-16 to 0-6 victory over New York.
Qualification for the provincial decider means Sligo are guaranteed to play in the Sam Maguire cup, even if they suffer defeat.
The Munster final pairing has also been decided where reigning champions Kerry will go up against Clare.
Kerry powered past Tipperary winning 0-25 to 0-5 while Clare scored a 1-15 to 0-15 win over Limerick.
In the Leinster championship, Louth defeated Westmeath 2-10 to 1-11 having trailed by eight points at half-time.
Louth will take on Offaly in the semi-finals after the Faithful county were 1-11 to 0-10 winners over Meath.
The other last four pairing will see Dublin go up against Kildare.
Kildare defeated Wicklow 1-17 to 0-10 while Dublin cruised to a 4-30 to 2-9 win over Laois.
