Crosserlough’s reign as Cavan senior football champions is over after they failed to progress to the Kiernan's Service Station quarter-finals.
The Kilnaleck side defeated Laragh United 1-13 to 1-9 on Sunday but the day’s other results see them miss out on a place in the last eight.
Elsewhere, last year’s beaten finalists edged Mullahoran 12 points to 1-8 while Gowna made it three wins from as many games after beating Shercock 3-10 to 1-10.
Cavan Gaels defeated Lavey 1-6 to 7 points; Lacken got the better of Killygarry winning 1-14 to 1-6 while Ballinagh had four points to spare against Castlerahan winning 12 points to 1-5.
