Roscommon GAA investigating incident involving referee

St Aidan's GAA club in Roscommon are investigating an incident that occurred during a match involving one of their underage teams. It resulted in the match referee being taken to hospital in an ambulance and is also being investigated by Roscommon GAA. St Aidan's have said in a statement this afternoon they'll co-operate fully with county officials investigating the matter. It is understood that no player was involved while the Gardai are also conducting enquiries into the incident.
