Mullahoran move second after Kingscourt win

Mullahoran collected their second victory of the Cavan SFC with a six point victory over Kingscourt stars.

Mullahoran sit in second place in the league table entering the final round of games. It was Kingscourt who raced from the traps.

Two Michael McKeon frees putting Kingscourt two up early on. However Mullahoran battled back with Daithi Sheils 14^th minute goal putting Mullahoran 1-3 to 0-3 ahead.

Indeed, Cormac O’Reilly landed Mullahoran’s second goal two minutes form half-time as they led 2-6 to five points at half-time.

Whereas, A low scoring second-half followed with Kingscourt never threatening to get back on level terms as Mullahoran won out 2-10 to 10 points.
