Monaghan minors will contest an All-Ireland final for the first time in 84 years this Sunday.
Monaghan face Derry in a repeat of the Ulster final at the BOX IT Athletic grounds at 1pm.
The arrival at the biggest day on the minors stage has been years in the building through development squads. The break through at this age grade came in 2013 with an Ulster title victory.
The development of the Entekra Centre of Excellence in Cloghan has also been another massive contributing factor to the counties success in recent years.
Sean McCaffrey paid a visit to the centre during the week and spoke to the Games development manager Paul O’Connor.
