Darren McCurry kicked seven points as Tyrone overcame 14-man Donegal. Michael Murphy missed a penalty and was sent off just half-time after receiving yellow and black cards.
Donegal fought back in the third quarter with Caolan McGonagle's goal giving them hope, but points from Tiernan McCann, McCurry, Mattie Donnelly, Peter Harte and Niall Sludden saw Tyrone home.
The Ulster final is scheduled for Sunday August first, time and venue to be confirmed, with strong rumours the game is set to be played in Croke Park.
