Monaghan will travel to Armagh for their Ulster u20 quarter-final after Armagh fell to Donegal.
Donegal won their re-arranged group fixture 1-6 to seven points in O’Donnell Park, Letterkenny.
A first-half goal from Carl Joseph Molloy was pivotal, Donegal lead 1-3 to four points at half-time. Molloy finished with 1-1 while Luke McGlynn landed three points for Donegal.
Pierce Blessing and Brendan O’Hagan (2f) both landed two points each for Amragh as they lost out 1-6 to 0-7.
Donegal have won their group with three wins from three and progress to the Ulster semi-final in May first or third. Donegal will have home advantage.
Armagh have home advantage against Monaghan on Wednesday evening in the quarter-final. Throw-in is 7:30pm.
