Monaghan will learn their All-Ireland qualifier fate on Monday morning when the draw for the first round is made.
Defeat to Derry in the Ulster semi-final see's Monaghan placed into the back-door with seven other counties taking part in this stage.
Mayo, Meath, Louth, Clare, Cork, Tyrone and Armagh all enter this stage. Monaghan will be drawn home or away to one of those sides on June fourth or fifth.

The winners of round progress to round two which will be a meeting with on of the losing provincial finalists.
