Monaghan will meet Armagh in the Bank of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup semi-final on Tuesday night.
Derry saw off Fermanagh in group C, 17 points to 1-10 on Saturday. This ensured Monaghan win group c on score difference as both sides finished on three points.
Armagh got the better of Tyrone in 2-15 to 1-15, meaning Armagh win group b. As Donegal got the better of Antrim 15 points to 1-9. Meaning Cavan miss out on the semi-finals.
Monaghan will now meet Armagh in the semi-finals at 7:45pm on Tuesday night in the Athletic grounds.
The other semi-final sees Donegal face Derry who finished as best runners-up also at 7:45 on Tuesday night.
