Monaghan ready to get a 9th season in Division 1 underway

This Saturday evening will see Monaghan get their Allianz national football league Division 1 campaign up and going against Armagh in Castleblayney.  The Farney side are entering their 9^th season in the top tier and former player Dessie Mone noted to our reporter to Sean Mc Caffrey that after the pre-season Bank of Ireland Dr Mc Kenna cup competition the team under their new manager Vinny Corey will be excited about getting back into competitive action
