Adam Langan took the overall victory on last Saturdays, Donegal Navigation Trial hosted by Donegal Motor Club. James Logue and Keith Sheridan organised a 75-mile event based out of Glenswilly GAA Centre. Adam and his driver Patrick McDonnell completed the event acquiring 12 marks, five marks the better of 2nd placed Eamon Doherty/Darragh Kelly and six marks ahead of 3rd placed Anthony McDonald/Sean McConnell. Langan picked up 2 marks for being two minutes late arriving to Tp4, Tp18 and Tp19. They also picked up 6 marks for being six minutes late to Tp20. Oisín Sherlock/Eoghan Corr finished 3rd in the Expert Class. Darren Lavery/Aaron McGorman retired from the event with mechanical trouble on the approach to Tp7.
Regulations and entry are now available for our Drumlin Navigation Trial. Derek Mackarel and Conor Boylan have organised a 120-mile event based out of the Acorn Centre in Newbliss, on Saturday night the 9th November. The event will be round 2 of the National Navigation Trial Championship and the opening round of the 2024/25 Squealing Pig Monaghan Border Navigation Trial Championship and the Monaghan Motor Club Navigation and Overall Championships.
