It has been a busy couple of days for the Monaghan ladies.
The draws for the 2024 Monaghan ladies club championships took place last night at the county board meeting.
This year’s championship will be based on a group format. Senior champions Donaghmoyne where drawn in Group "B" along with Scotstown, Emyvale and O'Neill Shamrocks.
Last year’s beaten finalists, Emmet Og were joined in Group "A" with 2023 intermediate champions Castleblayney with Magheracloone and Corduff.
Truagh, Carrickmacross and 2023 junior champions Tyholland make up Group "A" in the intermediate grade. Whereas, Sean McDermotts, Latton and Brigid O'Neills on the other side of the draw.
Group "A" in the junior championship is made up of Monaghan Harps, Inniskeen and Killeeven. Aughnamullen, Magheracloone and Killanny in Group "B".
