There were mixed fortunes for Cavan and Monaghan in Ladies National Football League division two.
Cavan recorded their first victory of the campaign beating Laois 0-9 to 0-6 at Knockbride.
The results puts them level on points with Tipperary, Donegal and Westmeath.
Meanwhile, the Farney women suffered their second defeat from as many games, going down 4-10 to 2-13 to Westmeath.
Hence, Monaghan and Laois currently occupy the bottom two places in the division. Kildare are top of the table with Tyrone in second place.
