Local success at Masters Cross Country

In Day 1 of the Masters Cross country championships in Braga Portugal, Clones athletes Irene Clements and Donna Evans both made the podium with Irene taking individual silver in the Over 69 category while Donna placed 5^th  in the Over 50’s and in doing so helped Team Ireland to Gold in the W40 age group.
