The winners of Manchester United and Granada will face Ajax or Roma with the winners of Arsenal/Slavia Prague meeting Dynamo Zagreb or Villareal.
Elsewhere, Manchester United have signed what's believed to be the biggest shirt-only sponsorship deal in the Premier League.
United have reached a five-year agreement with technology company TeamViewer, which is thought to be worth around £235m. The partnership will begin in time for next season.
