Kingscourt and Lavey play out draw

Kingscourt Stars and Lavey played out a 3-7 to 1-13 draw as the second round of group games in Cavan got underway.

Lavey led at half-time 1-7 to 2-3. Jordan Morris twice finding the net for Kingscourt.

Lavey went on a roll in the opening minutes of the second-half to lead 1-10 to 2-3. Padraig Faulkner made it a one point game with Kingscourt's third goal.

Lavey looked like they would get victory but a last gasp point saw the sides draw 3-7 to 1-13.
