Killygarry made a triumphant return to the Cavan SFC final after beating Ramor United.
The victory see’s Killygarry return to the county decider for the first time in 51-years when they face Gowna.
Just moments were on the clock when Conor Smith found an opening goal for Killygarry. Killygarry led 1-2 to three points on 10 minutes.
The game exploded into life 60 seconds later when Ado Cole found the Killygarry net. Jack Brady added a free and Ramor led by two.
Mark Magee added another Ramor point before Darragh Lovett and Conor Smith scored points as Ramor led 1-5 to 1-4 at half-time.
A tight second-half played out, but Mattie McKenna blasted in Killygarry’s second goal on 41 minutes to make it 2-5 to 1-6.
Ramor were able to pull the game back but up stepped Darragh Lovett to put Killygarry ahead in injury time.
Ramor goalie Liam Brady pressure free kick went wide as the last kick of the game as Killygarry won out 2-7 to 1-9.
Killygarry will now meet Gowna in the Cavan SFC final on Sunday October 16 in Kingspan Breffni.
