Stephen Kenny’s Republic of Ireland will face Scotland, Ukraine and Armenia in League B of next summer’s nation’s league.
The draw took place this evening and will see Ireland face Ukraine for the first time ever in a competitive international. Ireland last faced Scotland competitively in 2015 and Armenia in 2011.
Northern Ireland were drawn in Group two of League C alongside Greece, Kosovo, and either Cyprus or Estonia.
While England will face European champions Italy, Germany and Hungary group three of League A. In group four Wales will meet Poland, the Netherlands and Belgium.
The fixture schedule will be confirmed on Friday morning.
