Sport nutrition is becoming a more important part of preparation for any sports person at any level as it ensures that  you not only get the best out of yourself but also how it can play a vital part in injury prevention and recovery. Susan Mitchell is a former fitness advisor to Connacht Rugby where for a number of years she coached many international and provincial players. Taking on the role as a Nutritional therapist is one of her life ambitions and one she takes seriously.
