It is after his opponent weighed in over a stone over weight.

It was disappointing news for Stephen Mc Kenna as he prepared for his World youth title fight tonight as his opponent Aziz Quartey failed to make weight, as he weighed in over 16 pounds to heavy which resulted in no fight for the WBC welterweight title. A new opponent in Jack Ewbank has been confirmed for the Hitman giving him the opportunity to extend his unbeaten run as a professional. It was better news for his borther Aaron who will face the Mexican Carlos Gallego later tonight for the WBC World Youth middleweight title. The Silencer made the required weight yesterday and while his opponent was 3 pounds over on the scales, the go ahead has been given for the fight  with Aaron been the only one able to win the title. The Monaghan boxer enters the ring unbeaten as a professional with 13 wins to his name.
