Former Dundalk goalkeeper Gary Rogers is looking forward to the new challenges after retiring from proffesional soccer.
39-year-old Rogers announced his retirement from the game after Dundalk completed their Europa League campaign against Arsenal last month with Rogers holding the record for the Irish player with most European apperances in 54.
Having combined his proffesional soccer career with coaching GAA teams such as Cavan and Westmeath, Rogers has joined the Monaghan backroom team for 2021.
Rogers spoke to Dave Hooper looking back on his career and his passion in goalkeeper coaching.
