Vera Pauw is no longer the Republic of Ireland women's team manager. Following a board meeting last night, the FAI decided not to offer the Dutchwoman a new contract.
Pauw became the first manager to lead the national team to a major international women's tournament when the Girls in Green qualified for this year's World Cup Finals.
Ireland went out at the Group stage in Australia.
In a statement; FAI chief executive Jonathan Hill thanked Pauw for her "hard work and commitment and described the future as bright for women and girls' football".
Meanwhile, Eileen Gleeson is set to take temporary charge for the upcoming Nations League games against Northern Ireland and Hungary.
