Erin McLaughlin has joined the Ireland squad for this week’s Euro qualifiers with France and England.
The three time capped, Peamount United midfielder joined the squad for training at the FAI National Training Centre on Wednesday morning.
McLaughlin travels with the squad for the opening EURO 2025 qualifier away to France on Friday night in Metz. McLaughlin will also be part of the squad for the home game against England in the Aviva Stadium on Tuesday, April 9th.
Anna Patten has integrated into the Ireland squad after receiving international clearance from FIFA.
The 24-year-old defender required a change of association. Patten was given the green light for the EURO 2025 qualifiers.
Patten's Irish roots connect back to her Grandfather Donald Coyle who hailed from Falcarragh in Donegal. Whereas, her Grandmother Bridie Coyle (nee Conroy) who was from Lettermore in Galway.
Indeed, Niamh Fahey departed the squad on Tuesday, to continue her recovery on a calf strain.
