East Cavan Gaels wrote themselves into the history books on Sunday as they booked a place in the Ulster junior hurling final. The Gaels become the first Cavan side to make the provincial decider after a dominant 4-16 to 1-15 win over Rasharkin of Antrim. Damien Donohoe was on hand to cover the fixture and he spoke to a number of players after the final whistle, firstly catching up with Jack Barry who remarked that reaching a provincial final was not something they had thought off from the outset of the competition
