East Cavan Gaels wrote themselves into the history books as they booked a place in the Ulster junior hurling final.
The Gaels become the first Cavan side to make the Ulster junior final after a dominant 4-16 to 1-15 win over Antrim’s St. Mary's Rasharkin.
The East Cavan side led 2-9 to seven points at half-time. Goals from Rory Farrell on 17 minutes and Daire Leddy two minutes into injury time.
The Cavan side finished with 13 men but goals from Canice Maher and a second from Farrell secured a 10 point victory, 4-16 to 1-15.
