GAA headquarters will play host to both ladies and gents on the same day
THE Ladies Gaelic Football Association have confirmed that the 2021 TG4 All-Ireland Ladies Senior Football Championship semi-final between Dublin and Mayo will be played at Croke Park on Saturday, August 14. The fixture will form part of a double-header at GAA HQ, with the men’s teams from both counties scheduled to play an All-Ireland SFC semi-final at 6pm. The TG4 All-Ireland semi-final is result on the day, with extra-time and 30m kicks potentially required to decide the finalists. Consequently, the Dublin-Mayo Ladies Football fixture will have 3.45pm throw-in time. Also on Saturday, August 14, Cork and Meath clash in the first of the scheduled TG4 All-Ireland Ladies SFC semi-finals, with the winners of that game to meet Dublin or Mayo in the Final on Sunday, September 5, at Croke Park. Cork will play Meath at Tuam Stadium, Galway, with a 1.45pm throw-in time.
