The Cavan club will be looking to make it back to back final appearances for the Breffni county

Drumlane will look to follow in the footsteps of Denn and reach the Ulster Junior final this weekend when they face Newtownbutler First Fermanaghs in the semi final. Records back as far as 2001 show that Cavan clubs have only featured in 4 provincial finals with Drumgoon in 01, Swanlinbar in 2010 and Denn the current champions in 2021. Drumlane will enter this Sundays last 4 encounter with plenty of confidence and as favourites following their 2 wins in the competition so far when they overcame Craigbane in the preliminary round and Clones in the quarter final. With those fixtures coming over consecutive weekends, manager Martin Dunne noted it was good to get a 2 week break ahead of their semi final with the Fermanagh champions.

Throw in for that encounter is at 1:30pm in St Tiernachs park Clones. Supporters are reminded that entry is by ticket only which are on sale via the Ulster GAA website and particpating Centra and Super Valu stores. Tickets will not be on sale on the day outside the ground. We will have full live commentary on Sunday sport
