Drumhowan advanced to the Ulster junior semi-final with a one point win over Aghadrumsee of Fermanagh.
The sides were tied 1-5 apiece at half-time before the Monaghan champions went onto win 1-10 to 1-9. Darren Kearns and Tom Doherty exchanged points in the opening six minutes.
Liam McGuirk restored Drumhowan’s lead on 10 minutes. However, Martin O’Hara rattled the Drumhowan net in response.
Caolan Reilly and Tom Doherty responded with points, with an Eddie Courtney free making it 1-3 to four points in favour of the Fermanagh side.
A Liam McGuirk goal put Drumhowan ahead on 23 minutes with another Courtney free levelling the game. The sides exchanged scores as the game moved level at half-time 1-5 each.

Liam McGuirk levelled the game with Kevin Mooney restoring Drumhowan’s lead with 10 minutes to play. Kevin Mooney extended Drumhowan’s lead on 53 minutes.
Damien McCarville’s point made it a one point game, setting up a grand stand finish. However, Caolan Reilly sealed a 1-10 to 1-9 victory.
