Donegal set up an Ulster final meeting with Armagh following a 0-18 to 0-16 victory over Tyrone after extra time.
Tyrone dominated the first half. Brian Dooher’s men went in leading 0-8 to 0-5 at half-time at Celtic Park.
The second half was another tight affair. It culminated with Donegal’s Brendan McCole landing the equaliser deep into injury time making it 0-15 each.
The sides subsequently traded a point each before two unanswered points saw Jim McGuinness’ men emerge victorious.
Shane O’Donnell and Patrick McBrearty landed the decisive scores as Donegal reached the provincial decider.
Armagh will be their next opponents. Kieran McGeeney's men scored a 0-13 to 2-6 victory over Down.
