Currin GAA to host legends fixture

While all the focus is on the new rules in Gaelic Football and indeed challenge matches, Currin GAA club are set to host a legends fixture this Sunday at 1:30 as part of a fundraiser to further develop their grounds.

Speaking to chairman of the club Kieran Kearns, our reporter Sean Mc Caffrey remarked that with no Dr Mc Kenna cup this year, supporters have been starved of action and this will be an opportunity to see not only players of yesteryear but the game been played under the old rules
