Cillian Marron’s last-gasp point sent Corduff into the Ulster intermediate club football championship final as the Monaghan champions beat Castlerahan 0-9 to 1-5 at Crossmaglen.

Castlerahan started impressively with Padraig McGahern finding the net after just 30 seconds. Five minutes later Stephen Cooney added a point and suddenly the Cavan champions were four points clear.
Corduff’s Keith McEnaney reduced the margin to a single point on 14 minutes. Nine minutes later, Corduff had an extra man when Gavin Daly was sent off.
John McEnaney and Oisin O’Connell subsequently traded a point each as Castlerahan led 1-2 to 0-4 at half-time.
Corduff were down to 14 men three minutes into the second half when John McEnaney was sent off. 12 minutes later Oisin Kiernan stretched Castlerahan’s lead to two points.
Gavin McEnaney brought the sides level on 51 minutes and the sides traded a point each before Marron landed the winning score deep into injury time.
