It is been reported that Conor Mc Manus has had his red card that he received against Armagh last weekend rescinded by the GAA's Central Hearings committee.
The Monaghan forward was given the straight red by referee Barry Cassidy for an off the ball incident early in the second half of the drawn encounter in the Athletic grounds.
The sanction at the time, caught many by surprise with footage shown by TV cameras appearing to show there was very little in the incident. The Clontibret club man will not have to serve a one match ban and is available for selection against Kerry this Sunday.
That fixture throws in at 2pm in Paric Gratten with Monaghan looking to get their first win of the campaign having registered 2 draws and a loss in the opening 3 games. We will have full live commentary with thanks to Mc Aree Engineering.
