Donaghmoyne's hopes of landing an All-Ireland ladies senior club title ended on Sunday. The lost out two-eight to eight points away to Kilkerrin-Clonberne who were the 2019 runners up.
Two first half goals from Nicola Ward proved decisive as the Galway champions finished with six points to spare. Donaghmoyne boss Francie Coleman admitted the better team won.
Kilkerrin-Clonberne will play Cork's Mourneabbey in the All-Ireland club final which is a repeat of the 2019 decider.
