Cavan sit atop Allianz league division three following a convincing victory over Tipperary at Kingspan Breffni.
The Breffni men were six points clear at the break before a powerful second-half display saw Cavan win 1-19 to 1-7.
The sides cancelled each other out during the opening stages, finding themselves tied six points to 1-3 on 21 minutes with Sean O’Connor rattling the net for Tipperary.
Cavan responded impressively however. Oisin Brady (two) and Dara McVeety added points before Ryan O’Neil’s goal on 33 minutes helped the hosts lead 1-10 to 1-4 at half-time.
Cavan dominated the second-half. Mickey Graham's men added nine more scores in comparison to just three for Tipperary.
The remaining scores were crafted by an amalgamation of Brandon Boylan, Raymond Galligan, Tiernan Madden and Paddy Lynch as Cavan cruised to a 12-point victory.
Cavan now have four points following two wins from as many games. Offaly and Down also have a perfect record but Cavan top the table on points difference.
