Cavan continued their surprised Ulster U20 run booking a place in the final with a two point win over Derry.
Damien Donohoe’s side produced an excellent final quarter to run out 11 points to nine winners.
Points from Fionntán O’Reily, Dan Higgins, Cormac Brady saw the sides head into half-time at five points apiece.
The expected onslaught arrived after half-time with Derry edging two points ahead by the 38th minute. Caoláinn O’Reilly, Turlough Farrelly saw Cavan level two minutes later.
Fionntán O’Reilly moved the breffni men in front four minutes later with Derry equalising six minutes from time.
However Donohoe's side showed determination as Conor Casey and two O’Reilly points saw the Breffni side move three points clear on the 60 minute mark.
Charlie Diamond pulled back a point for Derry in injury time but it was too little too late as Cavan won out 0-11 to 0-9.
Cavan advanced to their first Ulster U20 final since 2014 where they will meet Donegal or Tyrone.
