Cavan booked their place in the last four of the Lidl ladies football league with a 2-12 to 1-14 win over Armagh at KIngspan Breffni Park.
A strong second-half recovery saw the Breffni women emerge victorious having trailed seven points to nine at the interval.
Armagh led five points to three at the first water break with Aishling Sheridan, Laura McVeety and Geraldine Sheridan on target for Cavan.
The sides cancelled each other out in the second quarter leaving two points between them at half-time.
Cavan took the lead eight minutes after the restart as Sinead Greene finished to the net.
12 minutes later Aimee Mackin restored parity as the sides were deadlocked 1-8 to 11 points at the second water break.
Emma Halton scored Cavan’s second goal on 54 minutes putting Cavan three points in front. Ashling Sheridan and Laura McVeety added a point each stretching Cavan’s lead to six points.
Armagh refused to give in and Mackin halved the deficit in the 61st minute when she scored a goal from a penalty.
Ronan Murphy’s side then slotted over two unanswered points but couldn’t find an equaliser as they ended up on the losing side as Cavan won out 2-12 to 1-14.
