Cavan scored an impressive 21 points to 2-11 win over Leitrim in Allianz league division 3B.
The hosts led 15 points to 1-5 at half-time. The Leitrim goal coming from Stephen Goldrick on 22 minutes.
At that stage Cavan had led eight points to 1-3. Cavan’s point coming in part from Canice Maher (3), Cillian Sheanon, Sean Keating.

Points from Liam og Cooke, Maher (4), Diarmuid Carney and Sheanon helping Cavan to the seven point half-time lead.
Cavan continued were they left off in the second-half, Nicholas Kenny, Carney, Maher, Kenny, Anthony Sheridan had Cavan seven clear before a late Leitrim goal.
Cavan secured the victory 21 points to 2-11.
