Emma Tolan’s last gasp double sent McEvoy Cavan Eagles into the division one national cup final.
Tolan’s two and three pointer saw Eagles beat Limerick Celtics 68-64 in their semi-final meeting. Sending Eagles into their cup first national cup final.
The Limerick side turned around an eight point deficit at three-quarter time to tie the game 63-63 with time nearly up.
However, up stepped Tolan to send Eagles into the final. The Cavan women led at each quarter time. Q1: 13-16, Q2: 28-42, Q3: 46-54, Q4: 64-68.

Eagles will face iSecure Swords Thunder in the final on a date to be decided. Thunder scored a 74-61 victory over Oblate Dynamos.
