Cavan Eagles returned to winning ways following a 76 points to 41 victory over Abbey Seals at the Virginia Show Centre.
Eagles lost to Phoenix Rockets last time out but showed no ill effects in the opening stages and led 15-10 after the first quarter.
Eagles completely dominated the second quarter. The hosts out-scored Abbey Seals 27-7 and led 42-17 at half-time.
Dave Barker's side won the third quarter 20-11 making it 62-28 overall. The final quarter was the most evenly contested. Eagles won 14-13 and finished with 35 points to spare.
Eagles are now top of Conference North and second in Women's Division One behind the Portlaoise Panthers.
