Castlerahan/Denn missed out on an Ulster ladies intermediate club football title after losing 2-11 to 2-6 to Derrygonnelly in the decider at Omagh.
Derrygonnelly started better and led 1-3 to 0-3 on 17 minutes; Eimear Smith’s 14th minute goal separating the sides.
Two points from Hannah Fitzsimons made it a one-point game on 23 minutes but six minutes later Bronagh Smith replied for Derrygonnelly who led 1-4 to 0-5 at half-time.
Castlerahan/Denn restored parity on 40 minutes when Shanise Fitzsimons scored a penalty goal before Eimear Smith replied with one for Derrygonnelly 11 minutes later.
Rachel McEnroe scored Castlerahan/Denn’s second goal six minutes from time before three unanswered points saw the Fermanagh side emerge victorious.
